Located in New Port Richey, FL, our signature pink spa was designed to make every guest feel pampered, cared for, and beautiful from the moment they walk in. We proudly offer a full range of services including Royal Pedicures, Custom hand painted nail artistry, luxury facials, full body waxing, body contouring, laser lipo, lashes& brow services, IV therapy, our signature Japanese Head Spa experience, and private luxury spa parties for special occasions. Every service is performed with intention, attention to detail, and high-quality products to help you look and feel your best. At Custom Claws, we don’t just offer services — we create luxury experiences. NEW CLIENTS — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING A deposit is required for all new client appointments. Your deposit is applied toward your scheduled service. Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute reschedules. BOOKING POLICY A card on file is required to secure all appointments. No card on file = no appointment. Please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice when rescheduling or canceling your appointment. Same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules, or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total. Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be restricted from future booking. REFUND POLICY We do not offer refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can do our best to make it right.
